I started working out again, but this time I decided to do that at home
instead of going to the gym. I like to make things simple and basic, so
what I did is that I got a power tower. It allows me to do most
necessary workouts. I also decided to go for a run every two days. So
one day I will be doing power training and the next day I will be
running. I am going to include my progress here in these two data tables
and charts.
